How to make hot dogs
Heat large skillet on medium heat. A large pan is suggested where everything can cook together and form it's tasty flavors.
Place the bacon wrapped weiners on the grill with bacon ends side down (they will need to cook for at least 7 minutes to ensure bacon doesn't curl up).
Add olive oil to the pan (or wait for the bacon grease to give a little) then use a spatula to spread grease around unused portion of pan before placing all the veggies down to grill. So long as their is a barrier beneath them and a medium heat they will grilled without burning. If there is no binder beneath the veggies when cooking they will dry out and burn if not monitored.
Flip the dogs over to other side for 5 minutes of until crispy. Continue to roll until all sides are cooked evenly.
Lower heat setting to medium low. Heat buns on same grill until toasted to your preference.
Place crispy bacon-wrapped hot dog in warm bun, top with grilled onions, peppers and optional chili pepper. Top with additional fresh toppings, spreads like ketchup, mustard, mayonnaise, and a dollop of Fresh Guacamole.
