Avocado Crema is a simple at home topping or dipping sauce. It takes just 5-minutes to whip up with half an avocado and your choice of traditional sour cream (or yogurt). It's versatile on many different foods, all natural, and can be flipped into creamy avocado salad dressing, too!
Combine all ingredients in blender (FYI: fits in a blender cup for your convenience).
Blend for 15 seconds, add 1 tsp water if slightly thinner texture is wanted and blend for 5 more seconds.
Carefully transfer all avocado cream into storage container with airtight lid.
Notes
Recipe yield: 1 cup creamy avocado crema, or 16 tablespoons.
Storage: place in glass food safe storage with an airtight lid or use plastic wrap to tight wrap opening of storage dish. Leaving uncovered will oxidize and brown your avocado sour cream.
