Preheat oven to 400 degrees
Line bottom sheet with aluminum foil for easy clean up. Ensure no holes have been poked into the foil and all tray edges are completely sealed to prevent leak.
Use wire rack atop a baking sheet, lay slices across, touching and spacing is not an issue.
Place in over for 20 minutes or 22 for crispier bacon.
